A new monthly revenue stream. No event. No new ask.

Every local business that supports you is paying credit card processing fees right now. Introduce them to us, we get them a better deal — often eliminating their processing fees entirely — and a portion of the revenue comes back to your organization every month, for as long as they stay a customer.

The partnership, in plain terms

Moya Processing places and supports credit card processing for small businesses, powered by VizyPay. We're based in Indianapolis and work with partner organizations across the country. Here's the trade.

You bring warm introductions

Sponsors, vendors, board members' companies, event partners, member businesses — the local companies that already believe in your mission. An email, a newsletter mention, an intro at an event. That's the whole ask.

We bring a dedicated account executive

Your program gets one named account executive assigned to your organization — not a call center queue. They handle every conversation, quote, application, install, and support call, and they report back to you on what's in the pipeline.

Then a portion of the processing revenue from every business you introduce comes back to you every month, for as long as they process with us. Ten businesses can become a dependable recurring income line that runs for years — with no event to plan, no auction to staff, and no ask that competes with your annual campaign.

What the business you introduce actually gets

Your reputation is on the line with every introduction, so this matters more than anything else on this page. We only take the meeting if we can make the business better off.

Processing fees down to zero

Through VizyPay's Cash Discount program, many small businesses eliminate their processing fees entirely and pay one low flat monthly subscription instead. For businesses that prefer traditional pricing, we quote that too.

Honest, readable pricing

Pricing in plain language, with the junk fees, rate creep, and early-termination traps that the industry is famous for left out. If we can't beat what they have, we tell them.

Something to be proud of

The business gets to tell its customers that its card processing supports a local cause. Real goodwill, at no cost to them — and you get to thank them publicly.

Secure and compliant

PCI-compliant handling, encryption and tokenization, chargeback support, and help staying compliant without hiring a compliance officer.

Modern equipment and software

Countertop and mobile terminals, online payments, invoicing, and integrations with common point-of-sale and accounting systems. We handle the install.

A real person, not a call center

Every business you introduce gets a direct line to a real person who knows their account by name — on a Saturday during their busiest hour, not in three business days.

How the revenue share works

Every business in America is already paying processing fees to somebody. The only question is whether any of that money does any good.

What you receive

A share of the processing revenue from every business that signs up through your program — paid to your organization every month, for as long as that business stays with us. The percentage is agreed up front, put in writing, and increases as your program grows.

What it costs

Nothing — for you or for them. There is no fee to participate and no markup on the business's pricing. The share comes out of our side of the economics: money that would otherwise go to a sales agent the business will never meet again.

How it's paid

Monthly, by ACH or check, with a plain-English statement listing each participating business and what it contributed. Funds are unrestricted — programs, operations, matching campaigns, whatever you need most.

Who it fits

Nonprofits, churches, schools, athletic programs, foundations, clubs and associations — anywhere in the country — with real relationships in their local business community. You don't need to process a single card yourself.

Our process

Five steps. Your total time investment is roughly one hour up front, then a monthly check-in. Everything else is on us.

A 15-minute conversation

We map your business relationships together — sponsors, vendors, board members' companies, event partners, member businesses — and get a realistic sense of how many are worth approaching. No pitch deck.

A simple written agreement

One page: your revenue share percentage, how it's calculated, how it's paid, and how either side can end it. No exclusivity, no minimums, no term you're locked into.

You get a dedicated account executive

One named person assigned to your organization. They learn your mission, meet your team, and become the face your supporters deal with — so an introduction from you never feels like handing a friend to a stranger.

You make warm introductions

We give you the email template, the one-page explainer, and the talking points. You send the intro or make the call; your account executive takes it from there — quote, application, install, training, support. We never pressure anyone in your name.

Monthly payments and reporting

Once a business is live, your share starts. Each month you receive the payment plus a statement showing which supporters contributed — so you can thank them by name, publicly, and make the next introduction easier.

M Founder, Moya Processing · Former NCAA Division I athlete

Why I built this

Division I athlete Indianapolis based Partners nationwide

I played Division I sports. That meant years inside programs that were always, quietly, short of money — booster meetings, sponsorship packets, raffle tickets, the same fifty families asked again and again. The work was constant, and it fell on people who already had full-time jobs and a mission to run.

What always struck me was how much money was already moving through the businesses standing right next to those programs — the sponsors on the outfield fence, the vendors at the banquet, the parents who owned the shop down the street. Every one of them was paying credit card processing fees to a company they'd never met, and none of it came back to the organization they showed up for.

That's the entire idea behind Moya Processing. Not another campaign, another gala, another ask. Just redirecting money that's already being spent — back to the organizations doing the work.

Nonprofits shouldn't have to invent a new fundraiser every year to keep the lights on.

Where we work

We're based in Indianapolis and we support partner organizations well beyond it — including schools and parishes several states away. Wherever your supporters are, we can work with them.

Common questions

What exactly do we have to do?

Make warm introductions. In practice that's one email to your business supporters, a mention at a board meeting or in a newsletter, and an introduction at your next event. Your account executive handles every conversation, quote, application, install, and support call from there.

Is this too good to be true?

No — it's just how the payments industry is structured. Processing revenue is normally split between the processor and the sales agent who brought the merchant in. You are effectively playing the role of that agent, so you receive a share of it. Nothing is added to anyone's cost to fund it.

Does this cost our business supporters anything?

No. They already pay processing fees today. Most end up paying less — through VizyPay's Cash Discount program many small businesses eliminate their processing fees entirely and pay one low flat monthly subscription. If we can't improve on what a business already has, we tell them so and walk away.

What if we introduce someone and it goes badly?

That's the risk you're actually weighing, and we take it seriously — our whole model depends on you being willing to make a second introduction. No high-pressure tactics, no cold-calling your list, no using your name without permission, and one accountable person you can call if a supporter is unhappy.

How much could this realistically produce?

It depends entirely on how many businesses participate and how much they process. A handful of small merchants is a modest but genuinely passive monthly line item; a program with dozens of participating businesses becomes meaningful recurring revenue. We'll build a realistic estimate with you from your actual supporter list — no inflated projections.

Is there a contract, exclusivity, or minimum?

No minimums, no exclusivity, and no long-term lock-in. If the partnership isn't working, either side can end it — and businesses already enrolled keep their pricing and support.

How is the revenue share reported for accounting?

You receive a monthly statement documenting the participating merchants and the amount shared, which your bookkeeper or auditor can tie directly to the deposit. We're glad to walk your finance committee or auditor through it directly.

Do you only work with organizations in Indiana?

No. We're headquartered in Indianapolis, and we already support partner organizations in other states. Payment processing and support work nationally, and your dedicated account executive works with your supporters wherever they are.

Will you use our name publicly?

Not without your written permission. We don't publish partner names, logos, or numbers, and we don't reference one organization to win another. If you'd ever like to be a public reference we'd be grateful, but it is never a condition of working together.

Who actually processes the payments?

Moya Processing is an independent agency based in Indianapolis. Processing is powered by VizyPay, an award-winning payments company serving small businesses nationwide. You get one accountable partner backed by an established platform.
